The car = 2003 Grand Marquis, approx mileage is 115k, no mods, all stock.

Last year July I had it in to my dealer for the headlight recall. They replaced the LCM and all was good up to a few days ago. The tail lights have stopped working intermittently. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.

My daughter is driving this car now so I'm trying to help her out. All the internet searches have shown me is the LCM and to replace it, others like on here say to check the relays? on the board for the LCM. But, the LCM is new.

Any other ideas?
