A "Haynes" repair manual for the Ford Crown Vic/ Mercury Grand Marquis available at any auto parts store is a great source of information on how to perform basic services ( I don't think they've published beyond year 2000 yet, butthe services you mentioned should be similiar in the procedure.) Also, try Ebay and look for the Factory repair manual specific to your car. It'sbetter because it'scomprehensive and you can probably buy it at the dealer but it would likely be shockingly expensive (around $ 200 or so).I've seen them sold in Ebay for about $ 100 and there are DVD versions outthere as well.
