I'm still trying. Replaced the 40A fan blower fuse and the clutch relay. Of course neither worked. NEW question. Would this type of failure show up in a scan of the error codes, ie would a dead AC unit throw off a code?? Thanks, hugh

Problem(s)(?@#!) solved. First the fan relay (located somewhere under the dash/mechanic) went out and therefore no fan. Second, I was low of freon so the clutch would not kick in. All it took was money to solve it. I'm at a loss that the fan relay is not in the same under hood electric box as the clutch relay?? I hope this helps someone else. Hugh
