the car is a 92 mercury grand marquis. its my gf's parents, i took it apart 2 years ago and cant remember if both of these connect to the side of the fuse block or not. im pretty sure the left one does, but where does the right one go?

 

they both go on that post. 92-94 MGMs and vics are the same here and my wife's 93 vic has them both on that post.
