Hi, I've been looking for an (extremely) affordable first vehicle, and I found a 1989 Grand Marquis 302 V8 5.0 (automatic) in the local classifieds, which fits the bill quite well. I've read that 1st gen marquis are pretty reliable cars. This particular one has 180k on the odometer. Are there any issues that plague this model? Any reason I shouldn't consider it? I haven't seen the car in person, am going to try and look at it this week. Just want to know your opinions. BTW: I won't be putting very many miles on it, probably around 60 per week. Not sure if it's LS or GS.
