Default Cleaning/replacing rear ABS sensors in 98 mercury grand marquis

I just had the rear end fixed on my 98 marquis, now the abs is acting up. My husband called the guy who fixed it and he told us to try cleaning the rear abs sensors. I have no idea how to do this, I'm sure my husband does, but I would like to get a head start on it before he gets home. I know that I have to jack up the rear end and take off both back tires, but I have no idea where to go from there. Can anyone help me out? Please give as much detail as possible! Thanks!

Haven't pulled the rears off mine yet (new to me car), but you should be able to see wires going to a sensor around the brake rotor. Not sure how it will be attached, but you'll prolly have to take them off and spray them down with brake parts cleaner and re-install.

As far as the fuel filter goes, it will be a canister about 4" around, and located underneath (right about the back of the rear door on the drivers side) along the frame rail. You can't miss it...that's the nice thing about ford filters...they're BIG!

Frank

p.s. The new filter will come with new plastic locks
