Dome lights and windows not working .

Default Dome lights and windows not working .
I have a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis LS and I replaced all fuses and the interior lights and windows do not work. Can anyone help me ? Thanks in advance!

Push in the headlight switch **** to turn on the interior lights.
