Question Grand M rear axle

I have a 95 Marquis and the rear tires are wearing out the inside treads on both sides. I paid very close attention to it today and noticed that the rear wheels are leaning in at the top. I believe the right side is worse than the left. Could this mean the axle or axle housing is bent? Or could there be some other cause? Please help if you can.

wrong air pressure, wrong size tires, worn suspension contribute to the tire issue... i have seen many BF Goodrich tires worn like that on cars... inside worn out before rest... air pressure in my car i keep at 40 in rear and 35 up front... do you haul anything in car that might cause tires to rub when loaded down hitting bumps?

The tire pressure is at 35 psi, the tire size is exact according to data label on door,* and I mainly drive it back and forth to work with just me and no towing. But I have noticed that when I do have other people in the car or groceries in the trunk the rear end does sag more.

*(which I just found out is either missing or something. I took someones word about the data label in reference to tire size) (but tire size is 215 70 R15). I did inflate rear tires to 40 psi and double checked the front to be sure they are a 35 psi

I have thought about installing these Monroe Sensa-Trac Load Adjustable shock absorbers from Advance Auto. But I want to make sure that will fix the problem. Or I may have to get a different rear end from junkyard. (very limited budget) I am having a hard time understanding why the car is empty the rear wheels lean in at the top.
