Harmonic balancer torque spec

Default Harmonic balancer torque spec
Hello, first time here. I need to replace the balancer on a 1999 Marquis and I can't find the bolt spec. If anyone could help with it that would be great, thanks.

Best I can come up with is for a 97. A bit unusual so here it is.

step one, torque to 88 ftlbs.
step two, loosen
step three, torque to 39 ftlbs.
step four, tighten additional 90 degrees.

No problem. If you had a "pointer" torque wrench I would be curious what that final torque ends up being. Would be difficult with a clicker style torque wrench.
