What do you think MercAdvisor?
A complete tune-up, twick the carb and adjust the timing for a wearn out timing chain, and engine?

Hmm, what is the MercAdvisor?? Well, as far as a tune up goes, I've changed the oil, new plugs n wires, new intake gasket along with new valve cover gaskets. The 5.0 is runnin great. Best engine I've ever had. I don't think the timing chain is worn out.

That vehicle may have the ign module on the distributor. I would take that off and have it tested. I know the local autoparts store Murrays here has a tester. Youll have to check with the autoparts store in your area

Hmmm, I think the exhaust may have somethiing to do with the reason as to why it's running like crap. We had to replace the tranny and the exhaust got broken in the process. So now I need to get a new exhaust. No Good.
