Street legal headers for a 00 Grand Marquis 2v 4.6? I keep seeing only long tube headers. My plan is aftermarket headers, stock cat pipes, stock H pipe replacing the stock Y, stock-ish dual mufflers with the stock chrome straight pipes. Not doing this to make power or transform it into a street machine. Just a little improvement in sound and acceleration.

The car looks GREAT -- I like the Landau Top -- Needs the factory alloy wheels -- and a cat-back dual exhaust system.
It looks like it has been garaged most of the time -- lucky you !!
