hey guys, I am fixxing up a police car. it is a 1998 Mercury grand marquis. the trans takes a second to get into gear when I put it in drive or reverse. Also the OD button does not work. The car also seem to lock up the torque converter early and when I really ge on the gas it shifts firm and makes a slight sqeal noise when it shifts. Is my trans going out or is there some kind of sensor I can replace or something I can adjust?
