Thought it would be interesting to hear from Grand Marquis owners about their current mileage. My vehicle is a 2001 GM LS with 163,000. Runs like a dream. New Jersey.

 

1986 Grand Marquis LS with 213k miles on it... she gets 25mpg on the highway and still snappy as if she is a new car... she has the 5.0L in her

 

my 2003 has 74000 . bought it 2 months ago.

 

Just bought a 2002 Grand Marquis LS with 80,000 miles on it.

 

My 1997 Grand Marquis GS currently has 56,600 on it. It had just around 46,000 when I got it almost two years ago from my folks. My previous Grand Marquis, a 1989 LS, had about 132,000 when I got it and just about 180,000 when I sold it about 3 1/2 years later.

 

it is not clear to me a liitle a liitle bit confusing to me.

 

I have a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis LS with 43,4xx miles on it. Clean as a whistle

 

1999 Grand Marquis ls fully loaded 256,xxx runs great but when im wide open and the car leaves 1st gear it jerks and i hear a squeak from what i think is my rear axle the car use to chirp the tires form 1st to 2nd but now it just squeaks anyone know what the problem may be?

Fuel Mileage is tracked to 2 decimal places (00.00).
Last tank yielded 16.04 mpgs with all city driving; no highway miles.
Consistently 24-26 mpgs on trips, using 87 Octane Unleaded gasoline.
