I got my 2005 Mariner back in February. I started to notice that at
higher speeds(75-80mph), my steering wheel sorta shakes some. I was
wondering if this is just the engine working harder, thus causing more
movement and making it shaky, or maybe a bad oil/lube/etc. job?

Has anyone else noticed this? It seems to be the ONLY problem I've had with my 'Marinade.'

It's more like a vibration...I felt it again, today.

I have yet to check the tire balance. It's winter..and cold. Going outside is no fun.

Take it to a tire shop ,unless you have a spin balancer in your garage.
