I have an ''06 Milan, not a premier, but it has 6-speaker premium sound.

Does anyone have/know the specs of the speakers and the audio system in general? I haven''t taken off any speaker grills to look at the speakers yet, but I''d like to know for sure what exactly I''m listening to. I will probably get an aftermarket receiver installed next month. Looking at either a Pioneer DEH-P7000BT (single DIN) or an FH-P8000BT(double DIN).

The speakers sound pretty good. Great bass response. I''d prefer to keep them to save money, but I wouldn''t mind adding two more to the rear deck, so I''d want something similar to the ones already installed.

not I said the cat. I have older rides (88 mgm and 93 vic). I''ve never had any issues with pioneer products and that would probably work great for you. To find out the specs on the speakers that are actually in the vehicle, you should probably talk to a dealer. The installed system may be a special setup that a common aftermarket unit may not support directly (you might lose 2 speakers due to lack of outputs).
