Mercury is going to be renaming the Mercury Montego to the Sable for 2008. There are supposed to be several changes in the car other than just the name. Mercury is saying the car will have the new 3.5 V6. Based on other vehicles with this engine, it should have somewhere around 260 + horsepower. I'm very excited about the new engine. I have some reservations about the name change, but I don't see how it will make a lot of difference. We should start placing orders for these cars very soon.

 

how is the new sable looking? jw. I have a 2001 Sable...
