Hi everyone. My mountaineer (1999 5.0) wouldn't start tonight at work so I tried jumping it off a co-workers car, no luck. So our maintenance guy brought out a battery charger and hooked it up to my car on the jump start setting (12v 300amp) and instantly white smoke came out of the tape deck lol. We unhooked it and put it on regular charge and got her running. But now I have no radio, no heat, message center under the radio isn't working, power windows not working, and wipers not working! I found the 7.5 amp fuse for the message center was blown so I replaced that and it worked for about 5 seconds and blew again. Threw a 10 amp fuse in and blew that too. Any idea what is causing this im guessing something melted in or behind the radio and I have a short somewhere now. Thanks in advance for any help.
