Hello Mercury Drivers.

My name is Bas, and live in the Netherlands.(Dutch).
Occupation is Truck-Driver, so got many years on the road with those lousy european trucks.
Since all my european cars died after few months and had many issues like engine, transmission. Ive got over to american brands without doubt.

First american car was the 1994 Ford Thunderbird 4.6 V8, then Chrysler Lebaron GTC Coupe, then 1988 Jeep Cherokee, and now an 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis LS With Ford Crown Victoria parts like Drivetrain, Engineparts, ECU, Rear Axle etc. Came of the P71 model.

Love that model, size, and road performance. Also great car for long journeys.
The most part that i've loved was the heatercore. after short trips nice and cosy warm....THATS JUST STOPPED
The heater doesnt blow heath out of the vents. Also the vents not working.
Since it became real cold here i'm freezing!
Could someone help me with this issue were and how to troubleshoot this error.

is it possible to have an sort of manual overide to get the heater working?
now at this time it's blowing only cold air on the front window.
Some (if possible) an how to with pictures would be nice. because my english is not that good if it comes on technical relations.

this is my '96 MGM with 1998 Forc Crown Vic parts.
The Go-Rhino came handy few times with Belgian Brake Checkers. Mine not that good
