Default removing door trim on 2000 Mountaineer

Hi anyone,

I have a 2000 Mountaineer that gets lots of use as a hunting vehicle (besides to and from work). I busted my right side mirror assembly and need to replace it. My question is how do I got the passenger-side door trim off so I can unscrew the broken mirror assembly? I can only see two screws just above the door latch. I've removed them and the trim is somewhat looser, but then what? just pop it off with a screwdriver? there is a speaker cover that I can't tell whether it comes off or not. Please help! $180 for the new assembly is plenty to pay. I would like to avoid having to pay labor costs also.
