I have a 1999 mercury sable and i have no heat i have already replaced the thermostat, heater core, tore the dash off to inspect the blenddoor had it flushed with air and with water and still have nothing can anyone help me

 

the fan just blows cold air constantly? areboth heater hoses leading to the core warm to the touch?

 

yeah both hoses were hot the car heated up to right temperature but it still never got hot inside the car but thankfully i sold the car this weekend for 2500 dollars
