Is anyone else experiencing this problem and is Mercury aware of this issue.


The front head liner of my Merc 2000 sable wagon is pulling away and produces a sound of ripping velcro or "snap, crackle, pop" while driving. You can insert your hand into the gap created between the windshield and the head liner.Dealership says this is not an issue for an older car. I think they are wrong. The right side of the car is worse than the left side but they are both bad.
