How can I find out for sure, which type coolant my 2003 Sable with Duratec engine requires. The reservoir says "no red". Is either gold or gren acceptable. Can I use any type if I drain and refill the system?

 

when you drain it,you will answer your own question.you should be able tosee into the expansion tank and see what color it is. your owners manual will tell you the correct coolant to put in, too. when you go to the parts store they can even tell you, just make sure you tell them you have a 24V engine.
