horn/cruise relay

hi Y'all.I own a 98 mercury sable ls and the horn and cruise control both quit,any ideas?the fuses are good ,but i cant locxate the horn/cruise relay.

Rectangle box under the hood. The relays, and or maxi fuses should be labled. If not look in the owners manual for a schematic. Let me know.

You can check the relay, but with two supposedly unrelated items on the blink, I'd suspect either a bad clockspring, or this problem that's happening on Ford trucks:

No Horn
