02 Sable with Duratec 24V engine. A/C Compressor is locked up and I need to change it out. What is involved in changing it out? How do I get it out? Any help would be appreciated

Its not a DIY. Because a damaged compressor can leave metal particles in the system, the system needs to be flushed out so the new compressor is not damaged. Then you would need a new dryer, a vacuum pump to pump the system down, & then it needs to be recharged.
