Where is the fuel filter

Where is the fuel filter

I have owned an 08 Sable for 3 years now and do most of my own maintenance work on it. I have been under the car several times but have not found the fuel filter.

Anyone have an idea where it is located?

From what I've read, it's likely part of the fuel pump. That's IF there even is one.

I know of several new vehicles that do not have a fuel filter.
