Default Timing Marks on '92 Tracer

Hello there. We have a '92 Tracer LTS sedan with the 1.8l DOHC engine. Long story short, we where replacing the water pump but decided to change the timing belt while it was all ripped apart. We seem to be having problems with positioning the camshafts correctly though. The paint markings don't seem to match up very well with the diagrams online and we don't have a lot to go on. Hopefully you guys can make something of this and be able to tell us how they are supposed to be positioned...
