Default Runs Rough

I have a 2001 Mercury Sable that runs rough when cold. For the most part it is OK when it warms up. I have checked the codes and get a lean left and right bank along with several other related ones. No codes specific to a sensor problem. Acts like a vaccum leak but I haven't found one. Anyone have an idea what to check.

@ circuitrider: I'm not sure, but the idle air control motor (on the side of the throttle body) may need to be cleaned. Carbon buildup likes to clog them. Carb/throttle body cleaner will do the trick. You make be able to shoot it clean without taking the IAC off, but if you do take it off you'll be able to get it cleaner and you'll need to get a new gasket for putting it back on.
