'95 4.6L, need help finding charcoal canister for EECS
Every time I get into my car, I can smell fuel. However, after driving for a bit it will go away. The next time I get in, the smell is back.
I looked in the manual, and it describes the charcoal canister and its functions, but it does not tell me where I can find it on the car. Does anyone know where to find this son-of-a-B? TIA for all help.

I found the canister under the passenger headlight, zip-tied in place. I'm willing to bet that isn't how its supposed to be. On the top are two holes, one has a medium-sized hose connected, while the other has nothing (except for a bunch of water I poured out of that side of the canister.) There are no unused hoses just hanging around, so piecing this together is gonna suck.
Does anyone have a clue what the second black box is for? It looks almost identical to the other canister. This one is actually mounted to the bumper.
