Hi: Just got 08 GM LS today but now that it is nighttime, I cannot find the headlight switch except by feeling in the dark. The irony is almost comical. How hard is it to get at that for replacement? I assume it is supposed to be lit up. All other dash lights and control buttons light up and respond to rheostat. Thank you. --Tom in AZ

 

The Headlight Control Switch is NOT illuminated -- There is no bulb or LED in the switch body or the ****.
Neither the MotorCraft nor the aftermarket replacement switches are illuminated.
The switch is easy to replace -- PATIENCE is required !
If all the lights work properly, leave it alone.

 

The lights do indeed seem to work fine so will leave it be. Thank you.
