costs about $3-$5 for the bushings in the window motor... you will have to remove door panel, drill out the 4 rivots holding window arm mechanism to door, and then un bolt the window motor from mechanism... i usually drill out 2 of the rivots, put a bolt in place of rivot and drill out other 2 rivots... i use the one bolt to act as pivot point since it can be a pain to line it all up since it is spring loaded... here is a friend of mine that took video on how to replace bushings in motor.... the newer style motors though have a "C" clip holding the exterior gear on...

the heat issue can be 1 of 2 things i have ran across... either the heater core is plugged or the blend door is out of adjustment and not sealing right allowing cool/cold air to mix in not making it hot enough... i pull glove box and look that way and adjust the blend door... move the selector from cold to hot on the controls and find the blend door easier that way since it is usually cable/wire operated to open and close the door
