Yeah, I have a general rule for myself, if the person with the car is not the name on the title, I won't buy it. My general outlook is this: If they're too lazy to do it legally, I'm going to be too lazy to pony up for the car in the first place. Unfortunately, you had such a good deal it was hard to pass up, but after all is said and done, you may end up paying the blue book value for the car anyhow just to make it legal. I wish you luck with all of this and hope it all works out quickly for you.

 

i doubt if i can help you but mine does the smae thing when i crank it for the first time in the morning or something it wants to bog down then after you get going for a few minutes it acts fine... It might be the fuel pump idk...
