I have a 2001 Grand Marquis and would like to know where the outside temp pickup is located and can I replace it if bad?

 

Huh, good question. I know exactly where it is on the Town Car. I would guess you would remove the black piece in the front of the engine compartment. It should have two turn screws on either side, and then just pop off. It is probably there behind the grill somewhere. I hope that helps...
