Default Spark Plug Change

I'm going to replace the plugs and coils in my 2010 Grand Marquis (107,000 miles). I'm sticking with the OEM Motorcraft plugs. What's the best torque spec? Should I use antiseize? I've heard of spark plugs blowing out on older 4.6's but is it still possible to happen on newer ones? Thanks

Sleeping Beauty, Rolling Thunder.
The correct MOTORCRAFT spark plug for your 2010 Marquis is the Motorcraft #SP-405 (double platinum) -- Anti-seize is optional.
A better-quality, longer-lasting spark plug = BOSCH #9606 (double iridium) -- Plated, NO anti-seize required.
I use Synthetic Motor Oil instead of anti-seize -- never seizes, never fouls.
Torque the plugs to 145 inch-pounds -- I use Craftsman "Clicker" inch-pound torque wrench.
