I have a 1992 Grand Marquis and the front passenger/back driver side windows won't go down. I can hear the motors in the doors which means it's gotta be something else...right? If anyone can help me out that'd be awesome!

This is way too common failure on these cars; your window regulator mechanisn/cable has broken. If you are handy, it is a straightforward repair you can do yourself. Here is a link to DIY regulator replacement:
