Default Window issues

So far I've replaced two window regulators...Driver Rear and Passenger Front. I hear the motors working however the windows STILL do not go up and down. I tested the motors while disconnected from the regulator and the gears spin as they should...am I missing something?! Please help!

It ended up being the plastic gears inside the motor. Instead of spending $100 on new gears, I rigged up something and now ALL my windows work!!

I don't think so the plastic gears are more long term useful so the metal gear is best in its not the matter that they are more expensive then the plastic. But here I think the gears are not the problem as the one member says above that its the fault of fixing the motors. Because sometime the motor installed on some very little distance and it stops the window. come on check the installation again and then find some other solutions.

Buy a gear plug kit, contains the three hard plastic plugs that fit inside the motor, or make a three piece set out of steel poxy. Dorman Help! product # 74410, cost about six bucks. Be sure to re-lub the gears while you have it open. Careful taking motor out of regulator assembly, use plastic ties to hold it together while you fix the motor, if cable comes lose you will need a new window regulator.
