04 Mountaineer I am in Mexico doing Missionary work so going to a dealer is not likely to happen I've had my alternator rebuilt 4 times now at one point I tried to buy a new one only to get home and find the wrong part in the right box when I took it back they said it was the only on they had so I took it to a local guy and a took 3 times to get it right now 4 months later the battery light started coming on I checked with a VOM and I only had 12.76 at 1500 rpm and didn't get into the 13's and 14's until 2500 to 2700 rpm so I install a new brush/voltage reg. set but still the same thing I was told the mountaineers are fickle and need OEM equipment for charging or you can run into PCM problems not calling for sufficient charge any help or thoughts would be great Thanks Richard
