Well, I'm James from Houston, I have 2 Grand Marquis', an '03 LS LE and an '04 LS. The '04 I got from my grandparents back in 2011 when they no longer needed 2 cars. It had ~70,000 miles on it at the time, it now has ~ 230,000. It has survived my latter 2 HS years and my early adulthood like a champ, but is now starting to show its age with both the engine and transmission needing a rebuild. The '03 was given to me by my best-friend's grandparents last year when again they determined they no-longer needed two vehicles. It was in excellent condition besides flaking paint and a window regulator that needed replacing (especially for a vehicle that like my '04 had over 220,000 miles on it). Unfortunately I was driving that during a sever storm and hit some flood waters and hydro-locked the engine (thankfully I think everything else survived). So unfortunately one is dying and one is dead. Hoping to part out the '03 and hope and pray the '04 lasts long enough for me to get into a newer and less-abused set of wheels to last me another 13 years.
