rear window adjustment

Does anybody know if there is a proper way to tighten the extreme rear window on the 95 Villager..im experiencing some rattle and wouldn't want to screw it up...

If you take off the rear door panel and check your latch assembly and see if you have any slots in that latch. If not you can shim your striker on the glass.
