I have 1995 mercury marquis . I can't get any heat to blow out of vent def or at any function , both hoses are hot going to the fire wall to heater core . I can't hear any doors changing positions when i go from heat to AC . Can anyone shed any light ? Thanks

 

Check vaccum for leaks
