1997 Grand Marquis failed emmisions/wont communicate with scanner
Hello, first post here. My mom's '97 Grand Marquis failed Illinois' emissions so she's dumping it off on me. The MIL is on but I can't get the scanner to communicate with the car. Plug it in and nothing, wont even turn on. Where should I start looking?
